We offer standard shipping across Pakistan within 3-5 working days. International delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-10 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
What is your exchange and return policy?
You can exchange any unused, unwashed item with original tags within 14 days of purchase. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do you offer stitched and unstitched options for ladies' wear?
Yes, our collections feature both unstitched fabric sets and ready-to-wear (pret) outfits. Our unstitched sets come with detailed borders and patches as shown in the product descriptions.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan. For both local and international orders, we also accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and secure online payment gateways.
